Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Weed Bliss AU. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact customer service at sales@weedblissau.com Please include as much information as possible, such as the ORDER #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the package to us. Once the return has been received and processed, any refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued.

Damaged/Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please send us an image with a photo of the defective or broken item. If your request is approved, we will begin compensating you.

Wrong Items

If we sent you the incorrect item(s), please send us an email with a photo of your packing slip and what you received. If your request is approved, you may keep the incorrect item, and we will take the necessary steps to compensate you.

Compensation Options

If any of the conditions listed above apply to your order, we have several options for making things right.

  • Refund your entire order/item(s)
  • Add the equivalent amount of your order/item(s) in rewards points to your account
  • Send you a replacement with USPS First Class shipping at no extra cost

Exceptions

Items on clearance are not included. For clearance items, we will not accept replacements, returns, or refunds. Clearance items are sold as-is.

We will not compensate you for any orders in which you have entered your address or payment information incorrectly. It is up to you to double-check your information. We can make changes for you if you email us before your order is shipped.
